I’m Not Receiving Any Notifications
- Make sure that notifications are allowed in Castro Settings → Notifications & Badge. The green slider should be on.
- Make sure that you have activated either Inbox or Queue notifications (or both).
- Subscribed podcasts can be set to send new episodes to the inbox, queue or archive. If you have set a podcast to archive its new episodes automatically, no notifications will be sent for that podcast.
If notifications have stopped working after restoring from a backup or upgrading to a new phone, try toggling the “Allow Notifications & Badges” switch off and back on. Castro will re-register your device for push notifications.
